Matheson Paint Solutions exists to do one thing well: refinish commercial vehicles to a standard that holds up in the field and on a schedule fleet managers can plan around.
We started by solving a problem we kept seeing.
Commercial operators across the GTA kept running into the same frustration. They'd hand a truck to a body shop and get it back late, in the wrong color, or with a finish that wouldn't survive the second winter. The work wasn't priced wrong, it just wasn't built for commercial reality.
Matheson Paint Solutions is our answer to that. We set the operation up around the things commercial customers actually care about: color discipline, schedule reliability, finish durability, and a single point of accountability from intake to handover.
We work with fleet operators, municipal programs, specialty vehicle builds, and service trades. The common thread is that every customer has a vehicle they need on the road, a finish that needs to reflect their operation, and no patience for rework. That's the work we're built for.

We don’t try to be a full-service collision shop, a retail body shop, and a specialty paint operation all at once. Focusing on commercial refinishing is how we stay good at it.
Process outperforms talent.
A great technician on a bad day is less reliable than a good technician inside a disciplined process. We invest in process so our output doesn’t depend on anyone having a great day.
The finish is judged in year three.
Any shop can make a truck look great on the day it leaves the booth. What matters is how the finish holds up after two or three winters. We build for that.
Respect the downtime.
A commercial vehicle off the road is a cost. We schedule and work accordingly. If we say it’ll be ready, it’s ready.
