Fleet presentation that reflects operational quality.

Refinishing programs for commercial trucking and logistics operators who treat every unit as part of the brand.

The Context

Who we work with in this segment.

In commercial trucking, the vehicle is the operation. It's what customers see, it's what auditors inspect, and it's what every driver lives in. A clean, consistent fleet says something about how the rest of the business is run. A fleet with mismatched colors and fading paint says the opposite.

We work with trucking and logistics operators across the GTA to maintain that presentation standard without pulling units off the road longer than the schedule can absorb. Everything we do is built around the reality that a truck not earning is a truck costing.

Challenges

What this segment needs handled.

Every industry has its own version of the problem. Here\u2019s what we hear most from operators in this one.

Maintaining color uniformity across years of refinishing

A 7-year fleet might have trucks refinished in every year of its life. Each one has to land on the same color spec as the first.

Scheduling around operational availability

Most operators can't release more than a handful of units at a time. Refinishing has to fit around the schedule, not the other way around.

Durable finishes that survive wash bays and road chemicals

Commercial trucks see high-pressure wash, salt, and abrasive contact. Consumer-grade finishes don't survive more than a season or two.

Our Approach

How we handle this work.

01

We archive every custom color formula so future refinishes land inside the same tolerance as the first, years later.

02

Production is scheduled around fleet availability, with staged intake so a single operator never loses more than the agreed number of units at a time.

03

Coating systems are selected for commercial durability, not retail appearance. What comes out of the booth is built to survive what commercial trucks actually do.

Typical Scope

What this work usually looks like.

Full-unit and partial-panel repaints
Fleet rebrand and livery changeovers
Color consistency across multi-year fleets
Scheduled refresh cycles
Used-unit reconditioning
New-unit branding and commissioning
